Welcome to Women's Catholic Scripture Study (WCSS)
Due to the continuing presence of COVID-19, WCSS will be on hiatus until September 2021 and registration is closed at this time. When in session, the WCSS registration fee is $25 which includes the workbook that we will use.

Our next topic of study is “Come and See - Catholic Bible Study: The Gospel of St Mark”. The Gospel of St Mark studies the oldest Gospel on record and is the first Gospel put into writing, showing us the life and ministry of Jesus.
We will use the Bible, the Catechism of the Catholic Church, and the writings of the popes and the saints to gain an understanding of the Gospel. Hopefully, this study will help to bring alive the Word of God to Catholic ladies of today and to encourage us to let the Scriptures lead us to conversion in our lives and in our hearts.

Why:The purpose of WCSS is:
1)For women to grow in divine knowledge and wisdom with the help of the Holy Spirit through the study of the Sacred Scriptures.
2) For women to intercede in prayer on behalf of the Church as well as for the needs of each other.
3) For women to share the Catholic faith and develop solid Catholic friendships in fellowship with one another.
4) For women to become more Christ-like in faith, relationships, and actions to the honor and glory of God.What & Who: We are a powerful Catholic bible study for faith filled women. Not only do we study Scripture during our meeting time, but we also take time for song and praise, and Intercessory Prayer for the needs of the Church, friends, and loved ones.
When: When WCSS is in session, our study meets on Tuesdays, September through March from 9:30 - 11:30 AM on the second floor of the SRAC (St Rita Activity Center). All ladies are invited to join us in our study! We hope to see you for prayer, learning, sharing, and meeting new friends! Please come and join us!
