    • The following steps must be completed before scheduling a Baptism of a child under 7 years of age at St. Helen. 

      STEP 1: ATTEND AN ONLINE BAPTISM CLASS

      If the parent(s) or the godparent(s) have not attended a class in the past, they must take an online class. Please follow the website below for instructions on how to register for the online class and to obtain a certificate upon completion of the class:

      STEP 2: SUBMIT REQUIRED PAPERWORK FOR BAPTISM 

      Please submit all required paperwork in person or by email to [email protected]. Then, proceed to Step 3.

      1. A copy of Certificate of Attendance of the Online Baptism Class for godparents
      2. A copy of Certificate of Attendance of the Online Baptism Class for parents
      3. Fill out the Baptism Registration Form

      4. Fill out the Baptism Sponsor Covenant Form

      5. A copy of the Birth certificate of the child

       

      STEP 3: SCHEDULE A DATE FOR THE BAPTISM

      Once all the above paperwork has been submitted to the Parish Office, the date for baptism may be scheduled with the help of our Parish Staff member. Please do not come to the baptism without scheduling a date with our Parish Staff member.

       
    • Los siguientes pasos deben completarse antes de programar el bautismo de un niño menor de 7 años en St. Helen. 

      PASO 1: ASISTA A UNA CLASE DE BAUTISMO

      Si los padres o los padrinos no han asistido a una clase en el pasado, deben tomar una clase en línea. Siga el sitio web a continuación para obtener instrucciones sobre cómo registrarse para la clase y obtener un certificado al finalizar la clase:

      PASO 2: ENVIE LA DOCUMENTACION REQUERIDA 

      Envíe toda la documentación requerida en persona o por correo electrónico a [email protected]. Luego, continúe con el Paso 3:

      1. Certificado de Asistencia de la Clase de Bautismo para padres.
      2. Certificado de Asistencia de la Clase de Bautismo para padrinos.
      3. Llene el Formulario de Registro de Bautismo
       Formulario de Registro de Bautismo.
      4. Llene el Formulario de Pacto de Patrocinador de Bautismo.
      Formulario de Convenio del Padrino de Bautismo
      5. Copia del Acta de Nacimiento del niño emitido por el estado.


      PASO 3: PROGRAMAR UNA FECHA PARA EL BAUTISMO

      Una vez que toda la documentación anterior se haya presentado a la Oficina Parroquial, la fecha para el bautismo se puede programar con la ayuda de nuestro miembro del personal parroquial. Por favor, no venga al bautismo sin programar una fecha con nuestro miembro del personal parroquial.
