Dear Parents and Guardians,
You now have options when paying for items such as lunches, uniforms, spirit store items, SCRIP, PTO events, golf & gala registrations/purchases etc…at St. Helen Catholic School.
Your options include:
1. Payment by check – this is our current payment method and you can choose to continue paying for anything by check the same way you always have.
2. Payment online by credit card – we now accept Visa & MasterCard online. That’s right! You read correctly, you can go to our website, www.sainthelens.org/school and on the grey bar at the top you will see a “Pay Online” link. Click on the link and you can pay online for anything you would otherwise write a check for. When you turn in your hot lunch order or uniform order form or any other form just write in that you paid online with your credit card.
3. Payment on account – many of you have requested the ability to write a check to the school and then have your “account” drafted each time you elect to charge something. We now have our accounting system setup to enable this feature. If you would like to participate in this option you will need to deposit a minimum of $100 with the school business office and then turn in a voucher (attached to this letter and also available online under About Our School>Business Office) each time you elect to pay by account. We will prepare quarterly statements for all participating families to keep you up to date on your available balance, and let you know if you need to replenish your account.
