Thank you for your interest in St. Helen Catholic School. As you consider the educational choices for your children, we know that you will find that our school will exceed your expectations. Here at St. Helen Catholic School we aim to provide a Catholic education to every student. However, due to limited spaces, we have developed an enrollment process described in detail below.
Enrollment Process:
January: Re-enrollment for Current Students and Sibling Enrollment
Beginning of February - Mid-February: Enrollment for St. Helen Catholic Church Parishioners
Mid-February: Enrollment for Surrounding Parishes
End of February: Open Enrollment
Age Restrictions:
PreK prospective students must be 4 by September 1 of enrolling year
Kindergarten prospective students must be 5 by September 1 of enrolling year
First Grade prospective students must be 6 by September 1 of enrolling year
Non-Discrimination Policy:
St. Helen Catholic School will not discriminate on the basis of sex, race, color, nationality, or ethnic origin in administration of their educational policies, admission policies, scholarships and loan programs, athletic or other school administered programs.
Immunizations:
All students must have their immunizations up-to-date.
Diocesan Policy 302.3 regarding immunizations states that “Immunizations are not in conflict with the Catholic faith. Conscientious objections or waivers, which may be permissible for enrollment in public schools, do not qualify as an exception to this policy.”
