Pro-Life activities at Saint Helen's promote the Catholic belief in the sacredness of all life and works to bring respect for all persons--the family, the unborn, the young, the aged, the sick, the disabled, the abused, the imprisoned, the dying, the homeless, the unemployed, and the oppressed.
This ministry supports Gabriel Project, offering help to women in crisis pregnancies with acceptance, compassion, friendship and love.
Project Rachel provides counseling to those who suffer psychologically and spiritually from an abortion.

What is LIFE CHAIN? Annually, on the first Sunday in October, LIFE CHAIN invites the churches in each city and town across North America to stand on a designated local sidewalk and pray for one hour, while holding a sign that states: ABORTION KILLS CHILDREN, ADOPTION, THE LOVING OPTION, PRAY TO END ABORTION, and other similar signs.
